By accessing or using ROAD ("Rental Operations Automation Dashboard"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use our platform.

ROAD is a cloud-based car rental management software platform that provides fleet tracking, booking automation, customer management, analytics, and related business tools. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the service at any time.

3. User Accounts & Responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities under your account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update it as necessary.

4. Data Privacy & Security

We take data privacy seriously. All customer and operational data stored within ROAD is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your data, including encryption at rest and in transit.

5. Intellectual Property

The ROAD platform, including its code, design, logos, and content, is the intellectual property of ROAD. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the software for your business operations. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer any part of the platform.

6. Limitation of Liability

ROAD shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of the platform. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the service during the twelve months preceding the claim.

7. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to ROAD at our discretion, particularly in cases of violation of these terms, non-payment, or illegal activity. Upon termination, your data will be made available for export within a reasonable timeframe.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. Changes will be communicated via email or through the platform. Continued use of ROAD after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

9. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable in the jurisdiction where ROAD operates. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration.
